Bears have backed out of the Jan 13 dual meet. The high school
teams are still wrestling.

Mat Nights are for 1st years too!! Typically we
will have 1st years review technique with a coach for 20 minutes
in the wrestling room. Then they can
play wrestling games or live wrestle in the gym. Let your kids
take advantage of the mat time, it's always a learning experience. Monday, January

wrestling, rotate in with the other parents at the scoring tables, crowd
control, concessions, etc. You need to let us know you'll be there by writing your
name on the volunteer sheets. If we want to keep "no-fundraising", we need
to commit to being there to help. No
